Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • We aim to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days.

  • For our peace of mind, all items will be sent via Royal Mail on a 'tracked and signed for' service and a tracking number will be provided, regardless of order values.

  • Shipping is free within the UK, please allow up to 3 working days from the date of despatch for your order to arrive. For the rest of the world, we apply a flat rate of £8 and depending on the destination, it can take up to 15 working days. The customer is responsible for any customs, duty, taxes or charges payable in the country of receipt. If you are unsure if your purchase will be liable for local duty or taxes, please check with your Customs Office before you make any purchase.

  • If you are ordering more than one item and would like to combine shipping, please contact us for combined postage.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We only accept returns if the items are defective or damaged and the defect or damage is not shown in the photographs or mentioned in the item description. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of damaged goods. The damaged item must be returned at purchasers’ expense, within 7 days of receiving it.

  • We do not accept any cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer's change of mind once payment is accepted. However, we try to provide as accurate photographs as possible, so please examine them carefully. All our photography is taken both under natural light and under an LED light of a photo box with an iPhone camera to show colour variation under different types of lighting. The photographs you see is the item you will receive when you order, we do not use stock photographs.  Please allow an alteration of colour by a shade or two in the photography compared to when you receive the product.
